Based in Fareham Hampshire we aren’t just the usual gym, at NMA we combine high intensity training with traditional strength and conditioning training. We have a varied and proven system to achieve all of your fitness goals.

We mix the best elements of training into one coherent and effective system (Olympic Weightlifting, Power lifting, Gymnastics and Metabolic Conditioning). We focus on the individual and their specific needs throughout their entire journey towards fulfilling their goal. We adhere to fostering good lifestyle choices, friendships, camaraderie, competition and support.
